Product Characteristics

○ Additive amount 1-2% in Universal homopolymerized PP or copolymerized PP;

○ Increasing the bending modulus of PP products by 15-35%;

○ Achieving the goal of isotropic shrinkage  in PP product molding and cooling  process, eliminating buckling deformation and avoiding post shrinkage deformation;

○ It is mainly used in PP thick wall products whose cooling and molding time is long and could increase the productivity by 20-50%;

○ Increasing the heat resistance temperature of PP by 20-25℃;

○ Eliminating density bubble generated in thick parts;

○ Improving product overall quality, reducing the presence of defective products;
